马鸣, 教授, 博士生导师。2007年获新加坡国立大学博士学位。2008-2009年在耶鲁大学医学院肾内科从事博士后研究工作,2010-2017年被聘为副研究科学家。2017年入职西南大学。
马鸣实验室的主攻方向是“肾脏发育与肾脏遗传病研究”。其研究成果在以第一作者或者通讯作者发表在Nature Genetics (Article), Journal of the American Society of Nephrology, PLoS Genetics, Trends in Molecular Medicine, Cold Spring Harbor Perspectives in Biology, Seminars in Cell and Developmental Biology等杂志上。2013年美洲华人肾脏协会就其在肾脏病研究领域的贡献授予了奖状(Chinese American Society of Nephrology Outstanding Trainee Award)。2014年获得美国多囊肾病基金会的科研基金(PKD Foundation) Research Grant-In-Aid。2017年入选第13批“青年**”。现主持国家自然科学基金面上项目,国家重点研发计划子课题等项目。
实验室以小鼠,大鼠和斑马鱼为模型,研究方向为:
1.囊肿病的发病机理
2.纤毛在器官发育和稳态维持中的功能
3.肾脏上皮细胞分化
