
郑树清,汉族,中共党员,重庆巫山人,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。
研究方向:主要从事鱼类基因组学、性染色体及性别决定基因进化、基因编辑和性控育种等研究。重点聚焦于鲇科鱼类性别决定基因和性染色体的演化机制,以期为解析鱼类性别决定基因及性染色体演化规律提供新的例证,为鲇类资源保护和性控育种提供理论指导。
研究成果:主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、国家重点研发计划项目子课题、中国博士后面上、重庆市自然科学基金面上、重庆市博士后自然科学基金和重庆市特别资助等项目。在Molecular Ecology Resources、Proceedings B、BMC biology、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules、Aquaculture、Aquaculture Reports等期刊发表论文10余篇,获准国家发明专利3项。
学生培养:主讲《动物生理学》、《动物生理学实验》、《生物信息学》等课程。指导本科生荣获西南大学优秀毕业论文。课题组招收对科学研究有兴趣的研究生和本科生。研究生招生专业:生物化学(学硕)、动物学(学硕)、渔业发展(专硕)。欢迎你的加入!
